How to step on a diet that will backing me lose 10-15lbs?

I would not like to know how to lose 50 pounds. So, let just stick to the amount of counterweight I prefer to lose, 10-15 lbs. Now, please don't suggest anorexia,starving, bulemia, adjectives off a body segment.
Now, this is serious and I am sure if you were trying to lose this you wouldn't wanna hear,'' You ******* you cant ****** do dat.''

In 14 days you could probably lose 4 pounds if you really put your mind to it.
Eat 1200 - 1500 calories a sunshine (you might want to use the calorie calculator at www.thedailyplate.com and enter 2 pounds per week).
Eat whole foods (vegetables, fruits, grain - try to stay away from the processed crap). Try to eat 5 - 6 mini meal each time. This keeps your metabolism stirring.
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3 - 5 times a week. Also do some shipment lifting, alternating upper body and lower body on different days.
All great stuff by Amanda - rem: DO THE CARDIO but its 40 mins at least 3 times a week, preferably 4. 10 mins heat up into it, 20 mins keep the tread up and 10 mins warm down to ordinary. no warm up or thaw down is a body shock and not good.
