How to lose weightiness surrounded by the thighs?

I weigh about 105 pounds and almost 14. I am not comfortable within bathing suits and the pool only the bottows, the wast up is FANTASTIC but the thighs and the butt is really.you know what i miserable. I really want to get rid of it...and how?How to lose weightiness surrounded by the thighs?
Try squatting 15 reps beside 3 sets. Squatting is really good for the gluts and the thighs. Also, you own to do cardio work-outs to lose fat. All the exercise that tone and trim will be great, but the nouns will still appear soft and fatty (sorry) if you dont lose the fat. If you one and only weight 105, I suspect your problem is merely lack of toning. So capture squatting! Another great exercise is to lie flat and next lift your foot 5-6 inches off the floor. Hold for 10 counts. repeat 30 times 3 times a year. Last one. Lie on your side. Lift your leg to make a huge V near your legs. Lower top leg down to about 10 inches from other ankle. Hold to count of 5. Repeat 30 times. Switch legs. You would really look silly beside one leg tones and the other not. Best of luck. May God ichly bless your efforts and your self-esteem.
Don't verbs about it. Every girl have self issues. For example me, I always wear a t-shirt and sweat pant when I go to the sand. Remember guys like big butts.

B) it's probably muscle which you need for your sports
C) stop watching those skiny skanks on TV
geese you so do not enjoy a problem with your thighs at hand is no way. i weigh 10lbs more than you and i'm trying to procure to where you are so i won't own a problem with my thighs. a short time ago try doing squats so that way they'll seize toned.
