How to hold fit?

I am 23 yrs old. I walk to gym & take brisk put your foot for 30 mins. My diet includes healthy food other.
What I wanna knw is.. how many calories must we consume respectively day & how copious should we burn?
Any other tips to keep fit.

Hi: You hold already done the hardest part, travel to the gym. As you know there are alot of poeple who involve to go to the gym but won't. You hold change your diet and you effort how you look. What you want to do is make fitness a segment of your life, resembling brushing your teeth. What you want to do is go to your local bookstore and turn check out the fitness magizines and books. You will learn alot roughly fitness and health. The prevalent way to lose shipment is to burn more calories than you take within. You are heading the right way already. Just hang on to it up. Believe me, people may not share you you look good but they are thinking it. Nothing is better after walking down the street and getting stares from people. Take charge.

The best tip to keep fit is to run for 30 minutes every light of day. Period.
Skipping is the best solution. Skip for half an hour.
