How to draw from rid of that fatty element of your thighs?

Okay, so if you stand ankle to ankle and look in the mirror at your thighs (the upper element that almost meets your crotch) near are to bumps (of fat) just below that are so , so close to touching and i HATE IT! how do i seize rid of that little part?How to draw from rid of that fatty element of your thighs?
Well, a moment ago so you know, spot reducing and toning is NOT real..you cannot do it.
But i guess you could to some exercises to aid build muscle there...you could run/walk everyday and you could do bulk training with your legs (leg press, squats etc.)
that would build the muscle within your legs and maybe lessen the fat.

im not exactly sure what nouns your talking roughly speaking, but for thighs, I would say do lunges or jumprope. or I don`t know some yoga or something?
I looked into this once. Apparently, there are no exercises you can do to specifically target that nouns. The answer is just to lose weightiness and try to build muscle in your legs so that margarine burns off faster and easier. I suggest brisk walking or biking to assistance tone your legs and lose weight and eventually you'll see results.
I own also looked into this ... but when losing weight (vs. spot reduction) it's adjectives or nothing. I really am thinking almost liposuction in my thighs. Otherwise you merely have to live near what you have.
