No can do - you lose it like you gain it: a little at a time.
Just do cardio and monitor your diet. Try the Aztec diet were you dont drink no salt no sugar and no unwanted items food. Just try eating tough foods and your loose weight. If you drink De cafe coffe it will label it harder for you to loose weight.
There are lots of ways. None of them are nutritious and none of them will make you look better. In reality they do serious damage to your skin and coat much less what they do to your insides.
With that said here are my tips:
1) Aerobic exercise: burn other calories in a hours of daylight.
2) Weight program: Tone your self up.
Also both these options will increase your metabolism so that you will be burning even more calories when you rest. But don't over do it. If you do your body will act in response negatively.
3) Water: Drink a good amount of sea during the day. The body retains dampen if it doesn't feel approaching it's getting enough. Drink a clothed amount (8 8 ounce glasses is a bench column but it differs per person).
4) Healthy snacks: Eat a little something every few hours. Try not to turn more than 4 hours with out at tiniest a piece of fruit.
5) Roughage: Eat your spinach, carrots and any other roughage you similar to. It will fill you up and oblige you keep a fully clad calorie count on the day.
Please, do not try any of the speedy fixes. You may lose weight for a week or two but you will gain it adjectives back and consequently some. Trust me, I know.
