How to lose consignment on the stomach and hips!?

Hi I am 14 and I am not exactly skinny. I would like to be better fit and a lil bit skinnier. Can anyone supply me some advice on how to firm my stomach and lose the hip fleshy? ThanksHow to lose consignment on the stomach and hips!?
Lots of water, next cardio, squats and lunges. I've also heard that working your upper body will build your lower body smaller because you are still burning calories but your not bulking up your lower half. Good luck.

Get moving to break a sweat, even purely 10 minutes, every day you can. Cut out sugar, and restriction carbs, drink lots of water and hold on to your goal surrounded by sight. Build up your exercise respectively few days until you can do more, results will be in roughly speaking a week!

eat 5-6 small meal a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a light of day

have complex carbs for breakfast - they bequeath you energy
own protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only later starts burning fat), light solidity training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nil fried, oily.
