How to find rid of love handle and lower stomach counterweight inwardly a few weeks?

Yes, I know you have to do an adjectives body workout to lose problem areas, but what are some exercises that REALLY get those areas.
What exercises would I do to sustain get rid of my lower stomach mass and love handles? Does the Cross Crunch really work?
[ By the path, this isn't for me, this is for my friend. He's 16, 6'1:, 190 lbs. ] He does crunches, bicep curls, bench press, flies, cross crunch, and walks 30-35 minutes everyday. He is already on a diet, and eat six small meals a morning, and just requirements to know what exercises he needs to do to really back get rid of those problem areas?

Yea walking doesn't really burn a lot of calories. Tell "your friend" to do some leg lift and to run instead of walk.
Like "your friend" should run for 3 minutes, amble until he recovers, later run again, and repeat that for the 30-35 minutes that is usually lately walking. And once "your friend gets contained by better shape he can start running for 5 minutes instead of 3 before he walk. Or he could do it for 45 minutes instead of 30-35.
Just kidding give or take a few the "your friend" stuff.
Instead of walking for 30-35 minutes a day, narrate him to do 30 minutes of hardcore cardio at the 85% MHR. Everything else he's doing is fine. Good luck!
Those areas are the most difficult to lose and can't be spot reduced. He just desires to adjust his diet accordingly by looking at how copious grams of carbs, protein, and fats he is taking within daily.
