How to lose 5 pounds?

i need to know how to lose 5 pounds immediate. like 2-3 weeksHow to lose 5 pounds?
Drink lots of marine, cut back on carbs, and capture lots of exercise. Now is the time to be outside! Hike, bike, swim, whatever you savour. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and stay away from sweets and soda.

Go online and look up the sacrosanct heart diet. you'll lose about 10-17 lbs though.
Watch what you devour. Do 45-60 mins cardio a day. Do 30 mins or more weights 3 times a week. Losing 5 lbs contained by 3 weeks should not be a problem for you. It is a reasonable objective.

You can probably do that in 2-3 weeks.
Don't put away junk food, guzzle healthy food, drink sea, exercise. Exercise by running, other sports. And do muscular exercise, if you want muscles.
try the cabbage soup diet.( Look on the net )I hear it works, but you will be mostly loosing sea.
