The best way to obtain rid of leg fat is to walk/jog/run, of late keep your legs busy, cardio is a great way to burn podgy without bulking you up beside a lot of muscle. For getting rid of love handle do side bends. They're really easy and pretty relaxing. While you're standing up, enjoy both your arms at your side, then slowly bend from your waist to one side (left or right) and angle the arm on the side you're bend from over your head at impossible to tell apart rate. For instance, say you're bending to your right, you would bump up your left arm over your go before. Do about 15 to 20 of those a afternoon and work up to more as you feel comfortable next to it, you can even feel your muscles tightening up when you touch your side as you're bending. It in reality works too, mine are almost gone now! :D

You basically enjoy to lose all over cargo, there's no way of really target that area...lose bulk the obvious means of access, walking or jogging for 30-60 minutes a year at least 6 days a week, join together a gym for weights if possible, and stay sour fatty or sugary foods, junk/processed foods and high carb foods (bread, pasta, cake). To firm up your legs, doing a consignment lifting programme at a gym is good, but squats, lunges and bike-riding are adjectives helpful.
