I would suggest getting a workout routine that involves your whole body. But you'll take a lot of gain from legs and upper-body. Get lots of good protein (lean beef, chicken, fish, powder (whey), and nuts).
You should be taking 1 gram of protein per lb of your body. Weight raise 3-4 times per week. Give your muscles at least 24 hours to rest. And work out sturdy, but smart!
