the ideal is 3 times a week,1-2hours more than that and the effects will be the exact disparate of those you wanted. i'm discussion about muscle training, other exercises similar to jogging and swimming, ..., you can do every year! ;)
60-70 minutes/day 6-7 times a week but Im in the process of loosing weightiness to maintain Id do 3 times a week
I enjoy to be signed up for a class (aerobics, yoga, weight training) contained by order to follow a diary. Otherwise, i will not work out by my own. I am not a fitness freaker because i am slim and healthy so i don't verbs too much about working out. But right immediately i am interested in a guy so i own to be in shape for his birthday.
5 days out of 7
I only started walking 3 miles Mon-Fri.
Mon-Thurs for 30 mins.
i jog 5 miles every saturday morning and tuesday hours of darkness. and walk around for a few hours within school, which is pretty suitable.
