How to check gain muslce or never gain muscle?

i have be wondering after some time of training ur arm muscle how would u no if its getting stronger if the size is still the same and besides trying to erect heavier weight ? what other methods are at hand ?How to check gain muslce or never gain muscle?
Low weight High reps.. Take a 10 pound substance and lift it going on for 100 times a day.
you could use a measure tape and benchmark the before and after. thats what i did and it's natural just wrap the cartridge around your bicep or whatever.
To check if your arms or any other body is getting stronger test out your one rep max again let say mine be 135 lbs two weeks ago now its 145 lbs ive gotten stronger and btw if your not seeing any gain in size if thats what your looking for you entail to check your diet and training
