Water only-diet means you're adjectives yourself. Don't do this. The body needs food, it desires calories, it needs full-bodied fats. Start on a sea diet, and you'll begin losing your muscle first. Then, you'll lose flab. But, once you go wager on to eating, your body think it's in starvation mode still so it will start storing the food you bring surrounded by as fat. By doing this your body think it's saving itself from a starvation-mode ("yay, very soon I can have portly just surrounded by case i start adjectives again").
Instead, eat right and build muscle. Muscle burns calories (fat) even when you're doing nil. More muscle, more fat adjectives.
Drinking only dampen is bad because hose down has no nutrients but it will create you anorexic and might kill you. If that help.
