How to developing chest muscles?

How can i built muscles on my chest (at home)? please give me clear trainnig tips, close to;
how many times contained by a day,how abundant minute, should i eat beforehand training or after. and how long could this development rob?
and one thing; i own 2 dumbbells with 10kg, or let say 5ibs.

Muscle nouns requires weight training. You will necessitate to go to a gym ot purchase gym equipment to successfully build muscle.
5lb dumbells are completely worthless to you.
Your one and only real choice at home would be doing body mass exersizes.
The only body freight exersize that would help you is the pushup.
So... Do as masses wide grip and regular grip pushups as you can, every other year.
Development without weights will cart forever. You might tone up a bit, but you won't build anything signifigant.
If you do at least 100 pushups a daylight (start with smaller number and work your way up if you really can't do 100 contained by a day), you will get a nice chisled chest.
