i stoped eating properly for a while and presently that i started eating generally i hgave gained soooo much cargo and its probably becuase i slowed my metablosim by not eating. so what ways are the best to brand it faster again?
in the form of exercise, does a teadmil minister to in making it faster?How to boost metabolism?
i'm not sure almost the exercising, but i do know that ecgc helps if you capture a certain dose respectively day. it's a green tea extract. google it.
Take 5 to 6 small meal a day. Drink lots of plain river a day, preferably a gallon. Do your regular cardio 45 minutes to an hour 3 to 5 times a week. You can do this by walking incline on your threadmill. Else it is okay to use any of the cardio machines within the gym. Once you get your intake back to everyday, you can drop the fat stale relatively easy beside the cardio. Consistency is the key to nouns.
if u have snacks almost every 2 to 3 hours, and excercise more, and when I say snack I connote 100 calorie snacks not a hershey bar :D
