How much will i gain?

heres the deal. i lost almost 20 lbs on a diet pill. i quit taking the pill so in a minute i am trying to maintain my bulk and tone up. i want a sexy toned body so i have be doing alot of running, pilates, and some weight lifting. i find on the scale everyday and i own gained a few pounds. this freaks me out. is it because i am gaing muscle? how much will i gain by doing these exercises? i want to be skinny, but toned? what can i expect?How much will i gain?
Muscle weigh more than fat. If you're training next to weights, it's normal to fluctuate and gain because of the toned muscles you're developing. That said, it's not more or less the number. I was a calorific 145, then go to 135, and have gain back in the order of 5 lbs. of muscle, but I'm still wearing the same clothes as I did at 135. They fit exactly indistinguishable. It's just that the muscles get toned, and are thus heavier.
Well, you have to munch through right in establish to maintain your cargo too. Doesn't matter how much exercise you do if you guzzle unhealthily. Another possible reason your mass is going up is because your body is getting back within its normal metabolic routine and isn't burning as various calories as you did while on the diet pill.
This is to be expected however, because almost every diet pill fails within the long run and the weight gain is to be expected.
Another entry - don't weigh yourself every day because your counterweight fluctuates as you eat food. Weigh yourself within the morning before you drink once a week to tell whether you've gain or lost weight.
