How much mass would i lose from doing this??

if i ran a mile, did 100 crunches, jump-rope for several minutes, more crunches later biked a mile. after i build up some endurance i will extend everything..i'm trying to lose stomach excess weight and maybe seize some muscleHow much mass would i lose from doing this??
you are already light weightiness. probably low body fat so w/e is in attendance will go down slowly and u will probably strengthen ur stomach terribly well and slowly catch alittle bit stronger looking in your muscular toning
Probably nearly 3 lbs.
