Right as of now I exercise (do sit ups -120 and push ups -20) every darkness and I lose 2 to 3 lbs a month.How repeatedly should you exercise if you want to lose at tiniest one pound a week?
exercise keeps you fit and in shape. calories add weightiness. eat not as much of calories.
i heard you can lose approaching 2lbs a week, if you eat exceptionally cleanly healthy foods and do similar to 1 hour of running every day.
I know from experience that you
should exercise roughly speaking 3 time weekly for
an hour. and eat heathy. GOOD LUCK
you have need of to only work out 3-4 times a week. right immediately you are work out to much and not resting in between. Which will do your body to hold on to the weight so you wont be to sunken. By working out 4 times a week you rest and your body will adjust to this
i recommend 30 minutes of aerobic exercise
(biking, walking, running, etc.) 5 times a week
