How To Get Legs Like This?

I want bigger legs I see all the boys contained by my high conservatory with these athletic, shapley, toned, big legs and later I look at mines and they look like stilts. I looked-for to know how do I go roughly speaking getting those types of legs not to muscular not to fat, toned, and nice looking? I want them beside fat on them, but not to muscular?

you're going to want to eat profusely of (healthy) protein, and fat. Food make you bigger, nothing else. ..to an extent. Do explosive exercises approaching plyometrics -jumping exercises basically..look them up..(these exercises are the quickest bearing to burn fat and build muscle) at smallest 3 times a week, along with solidity training at least every other daytime (but make sure you rob at least 24 hrs rest..because muscles involve time to repair and build themselves and if you don't rest you'll do more harm than accurate. Stick with the prime leg toners that have be used forever-lunges, squats, backward lunges, deadlifts (all next to weights) and to make it tougher (and to build more muscles) try the deadlifts near one leg slightly lifted.
When my husband played basketball, he really have some great looking legs...According to the Video you have the guy is doing some Plunges..If you enjoy a pool go Swimming, that is to say wonderful for the legs...and often used to build the leg muscles stern up for those who have suffered from accident and forced to stay in bed for copious months.
