Squats and straight legged limp lifts. Be sure you own good posture when you do any of these exercises.
I like tango.
It builds muscles without bulking my legs up so they're nice and toned lacking being huge and bulky.
You could try a pilates DVD or class.
If you don't want to do that, bound rope.
That builds your abs and leg muscles.
